As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in building powerful experiences that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, retain existing customers, and drive sales growth in your region. You will work closely with our dynamic Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.

* In collaboration with our partner management team, lead co-marketing activities with strategic partners to increase our reach, improve our credibility, generate qualified leads, and amplify our messages
* Act as an essential interface between marketing and sales and bring together the respective perspectives and priorities
* Ensure proper execution of activities and clear communication, efficiently manage marketing budgets, and analyze results
* Be proactive and self-motivated to continuously learn and stay current with industry trends and best practices
Become a part of the team if you
* Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
* Have at least 3 years of professional experience
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. German is required
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of regional marketing strategies and tactics
* Have empathy for the challenges and experience of MRO professionals
* Be extremely detail-oriented and organized and able to meet deadlines
* Have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
