Apply now and become a key player in shaping the future of AI with us Key responsibilities: - Assist in defining the project's portfolio by stating scope, goal, roadmap, risks, dependencies, etc. - Support in prioritizing as well as forecasting project's tasks/activities - Quality assurance and refinement of project documentation (e.g.: business cases, project and service descriptions, processes etc.) - Manage project's Jira board and Confluence spaces - Support the team in their scrum rituals (e.g.: dailies, sprint planning, retrospective etc.) and maintain MoM - Define business KPIs - Determine areas for improvement by analyzing various aspects of the project - Communicate project updates/outcomes/deadlines to the different stakeholders via weekly/monthly newsletters - Create project oriented presentations for senior management Key requirements: -Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management (graduating in 2025) -Available to work full-time for duration of the internship (Min 6 months, Munich on-site if possible) -Knowledge of project management and scrum methodology (1 year experience) -Good hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Nexus etc. -Coding Knowledge is a plus (HTML) -Proficient in English (German is a plus) -Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English -Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team worker -Excellent analytical skills -Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills -Proficient of MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) What we offer: •An attractive monthly salary •A modern and open space office located in Munich •Flexible working hours •A student discount in our outstanding canteen •Free LinkedIn Learning Account and many other opportunities to develop new skills •A big student community with many options for networking •A highly talented, dynamic and international team •Job opportunities in a global company Important to know: We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents: •Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year) •Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens).
