About this role: The role of HR Project Manager at Lieferando will play a key role in driving business critical projects in close collaboration with the HRBP team, Lieferando HR as a whole, the broader Lieferando Leadership Team, as well as global stakeholders in the JET universe. This role will also serve a crucial link between the Works Council and the business. In this role you have the opportunity to align on employer and employee needs and drive change with an agile mindset. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Provide strategic support in designing and managing projects while ensuring that local legal requirements and global company policies are met. Advise the business on the best approach in regards to Works Council interactions by setting clear expectations and performing comprehensive risk analysis. Coordinate all project milestones, interfaces and interdependencies in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and regularly report the project status to Senior Management. Build up a strong relationship between the HR department, local management and Lieferando’s platform staff Works Council. As one of the interfaces to the works council, you take part in regular meetings with them and negotiate works agreements, taking into account company policies. Advise executives and HR business partners on topics and issues subject to works council and co-determination requirements. Prepare documents and reports that the Works Council requests or that we proactively make available to them. Support the Labor Relations Lead in conceptualizing and facilitating workshops for local and global stakeholders. What will you bring to the table? 4 years of experience in HR business partnering/consulting, HR Project Management or Labour Relations Sound knowledge of German labour law. Knowledge of co-determination rights as a plus. Excellent time and project management skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, ideally combined with previous Works Council experience, however, this is not a must Demonstrate an analytic mindset and implement creative solutions Proactive and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and an open mind for new challenges Data-driven, strong experience working with reports and dashboards Business fluent in German & English in spoken and written At JET, this is on the menu: Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
