Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities
* Make sales calls and other activities in order to achieve sales targets in the assigned area;
* Maintain & build relationships with (new) customers;
* Make sure all sales activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws;
* Plan & attend meetings;
* Under the direction of the Country Manager: develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets;
* Assists with dental surgery procedures in the use of the companies products with customers and dentists within the assigned area, providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup;
* Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff;
* Cultivate new & expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of the companies products;
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
* Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Min. 5 yrs experience in similar position in dental/medical devices industry;
* Dental implants experience/ knowledge min. 2 yrs;
* Proven track record in sales;
* Self-starter & motivator with the intrinsic understanding of what it means to work hard;
* Ability to communicate effectively with dental & medical professionals;
* Strong analytical & negotiation skills;
* Excellent communication skills in German and English both written & verbal.
The new Sales Representative
Has good knowledge of- & experience in the dental industry with proven track record in sales. A commercial thinker with the ability to build & maintain good interpersonal relations and a “hands-on” mentality. A person with interest in the dental market, good technical understanding and the ability to bring sales in the assigned area to a higher level.
