This is an exciting position for a Junior Account Manager/Inside Sales to join a very dynamic and experienced commercial team. The responsibility spans in EMEA and North America and the position will deal with industrial customers of the Global Specialty Solutions team, division of Pharma Solutions. As Junior Account Manager/Inside Sales, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing a high-level of service to a wide range of customers and at the same time exploring and developing new markets /and or new applications. Position is located in Europe (preferably but not limited in Germany).
Key Activities
1. Work in collaboration with Key Account Managers on assigned customer portfolio to deliver the sales plan on customer and territory level
2. Support Key Account Managers in EMEA and North America with pricing, customer opportunity pipeline, customize sales reports etc
3. Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and capabilities and help Key Account Managers with market and application intelligence
4. Drive growth with assigned accounts and manage collaborative relationships
5. Support regional marketing activities: product launches, campaigns, identify unmet customer needs

9. Hands on profile (compose commercial proposals for existing and new customers, coordinating trials at potential customers, conduct business reviews with existing customers, accurately forecast customer demand, etc
10. Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic global commercial environment
Qualifications
11. Chemistry or technical background/degree combined with 2 years in sales/application development/customer facing roles
12. Experience in markets like coatings, paints, ceramics, paper would be considered as a strong plus
