Impact & ownership As an SDR with Procure Ai, you will be the engine that makes our sales team go Your primary focus will be to identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities for our Account Executives in specific territories. You will play a crucial role in the success of our company by identifying and qualifying inbound leads, initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers. Learn from industry experts and cross-functional leaders, and with your current skillset plus our guidance, we can achieve great things and grow together. Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies, initiating contact with key decision-makers. Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives, contributing directly to revenue goals. Create strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments. Conduct high-level discussions with target customers, identifying business needs and evoking interest in our products. Collaborate with Marketing Specialists, Account Executives, and Customer Success Experts for a seamless transition from lead generation to sales. Meet and exceed personal targets while contributing to company goals, achieving success and earning rewards. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Sales for SaaS products, ideally in AI or Supply Chain Management. Tech-savvy, leveraging modern technology and tools to professionalize and automate your outreach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in German (native or bilingual) and English, essential for our DACH focus and international team. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while being proactive and resourceful in independent tasks.
