CONTEXT Under Group Technology Operations, the IT TTS department drives transformation and ensures the execution of the AXA Transversal practices. That includes driving the global product governance, monitoring the IT performance, providing expertise leadership on product management, and aligning and converging quality criteria with our cooperating Entities. MAIN ACTIVITIES We are seeking a motivated and engaged individual to join our team as a Product Portfolio Management Officer. In this role, you will work collaboratively to shape the Product Portfolio Governance Framework for AXA GO, ensuring it aligns with entities and has support from the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: Product Governance: · Active participation in defining, implementing, and maintaining the Product Portfolio Governance Framework for AXA GO. · Assistance to AXA GO management in executing key product governance forums, such as the Global Product Committee (GPC) and Product Dialogues together with the product teams. This includes managing agendas, coordinating material preparation, and ensuring smooth execution. · Support to Product teams in integrating with the overall portfolio and interacting with governance forums. You will provide executive support as needed to help them navigate these processes. · Validation of new product readiness, ensuring alignment with other AXA GO functions and entities. 2. Product Performance: · Collaborating with relevant functions for collecting product KPIs to be included in a product performance dashboard, ensuring they align with business objectives and provide meaningful insights. · Managing alert raising and action follow-up when deviations occur, working closely with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. 3. Product Portfolio: · Drive decision-making processes and define/steer AXA GO IT Product Portfolio Governance in collaboration with AXA GO Finance and entities. 4. Product Catalog and New Contractual Framework: · Monitor Product Catalog definition, structure, and consistency, supporting product development according to standards. · Develop a catalog communication strategy and promote sharing with key stakeholders and entities. 5. GPC Evolution 2.0 Project · Shape the evolution of the GPC by actively participating in the design and implementation of the project trough active communication and collaboration with the various stakeholders.
