THE ROLE AND THE TEAM Our Supplier Conditions Team is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to drive operational excellence for our contract and discount management as well as hunting and buying processes. In this strategic role, you will lead trade term and discount initiatives and define requirements to further enhance the end-to-end buying process with a key focus on optimizing Salesforce processes and tools, and ensuring standardization and compliance, directly contributing to Zalando's profitability and efficiency in the B2C commerce. Extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams from our Supplier Management, Markets and Supply organisation is required. You understand and validate the business needs and translate them into efficient, machine-readable and automated CRM solutions. You manage and prioritize the backlog, facilitate sprint planning, create detailed user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements and projects that align with business priorities and maximize ROI. You lead diverse projects and translate business requirements into end-to-end process design from the solution design to the final implementation. You have critical thinking and are able to identify opportunities in operations and constantly seek for improvement and growth to drive successful projects out of these opportunities. You show strong entrepreneurship and independently design, build, test and implement new features, functionalities and processes in the Salesforce instance and other relevant systems. You have strong analytical skills to define, build and update standard reports to ensure transparency, track progress and timely identify improvements needed and actions to be taken. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF Bachelor or preferably Master’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, at least 2 of which within any of the following areas: Salesforce/CRM consultancy, Supplier Management, Consultancy; ideally in a high-growth, performance-focused environment The required qualifications include one of the following CRM certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Experience with automation tools and integrations (e.g. third-party software integrations) as well as knowledge of reporting and analytics features in CRM systems Excellent project and stakeholder management skills combined with strong problem-solving and analytical competences, seeking out solutions in an efficient and goal-oriented way A self-starting, winning mentality, positive attitude, excellent communication and demonstrated teamwork skills paired with the attention to detail We are looking for a leader from within the team who sees opportunities rather than problems and drives great outcome with creativity, entrepreneurship and satisfaction OUR OFFER Zalando provides a range of benefits, here’s an overview of what you can expect.
