Together, you will set the necessary guardrails to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the entire company. From strategic architecture decisions to managing budgets and handling ad-hoc requests, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data landscape. Your responsibilities will include: Ownership of strategy, task prioritization, budget, and resources for the data team. Driving innovation by introducing new ideas and challenging existing ways of working. Leading a team of three, including regular reviews, development talks, and serving as the general point of contact. Hands-on support, including ad-hoc requests, analytics for the growth unit, and occasional contributions to data engineering. What we're looking for You already have experience in various data-related roles. You are familiar with different data tech stacks and enjoy constantly improving data platforms - while still being hands-on yourself acting in an analyst and/or engineer role. You have experience in data modeling in relational databases. You have a solid grasp of cloud technologies (AWS or similar) and ETL processes. Ideally, you already have initial experience in implementing AI-driven applications within a company. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.
