We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer (maternity cover) to join the Menu Management domain in our Vendor Growth Vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. This is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave period, and we’re seeking someone with the experience, maturity, and confidence to dive into complex problem spaces, lead design conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll be working at the intersection of technical complexity, high business impact, and fast-paced global environments. Your mission will be to improve how restaurants manage and elevate their menu offerings across our global platform—through intuitive self-service flows and improved quality standards.
This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and design leadership, aligned with our UX framework focusing on Excellence & Rigor and Influence & Impact.
In this role you will
* Develop deep domain knowledge in Menu Management and become a key design contributor across the Menu Self Service and Menu Quality squads.
* Partner with PMs, Engineers, Analysts, and Commercial teams to define and solve meaningful product problems with measurable outcomes.
* Lead and facilitate ideation workshops and cross-functional design reviews to drive alignment and decisions.
* Apply advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, and experience design to deliver elegant solutions for complex product flows.
* Use data (quant + qual) to validate hypotheses and refine the user experience iteratively.
* Work hands-on across all stages of the design process—from research, synthesis, low/high fidelity design to design QA.
Qualifications
* 5–8+ years of experience in UX & UI design, ideally in product-driven tech organizations.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, problem-solving, and ability to create usable, scalable, and elegant design solutions.
* Fluency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools as well as deep knowledge of interaction patterns andUX principles,
* Experience in fast-paced, agile product teams and the ability to handle changing priorities gracefully.
* Comfortable with facilitation, workshop design, and co-creation.
* Familiarity with user journey mapping, information architecture, system thinking, and inclusive design principles.
