Aufgaben
Part of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will join the CORE BANKING IT team, which has built a complete back-office platform to create a unique internal tool to manage all business lines of the group, to support the European ambition of the Group.
In this context you will be responsible, as direct team lead of IT Core Banking Business Services, for the following tasks:
Business Services
1. Being the first point of contact for production topics for all users of the Core Banking platform & satellites applications managed by the team, whether they are developed internally or outsourced.
2. Tracking, managing and processing all incidents and problems in the central IT service management tool.
3. Responsibility for communication to the users and reconciliations with other IT teams (Email, Crisis calls, Post-Mortem).
Quality of Service
4. Definition, creation and control of all reports and key performance indicators to monitor the Quality of Service
5. Continuous improvement of the Incident & Problem Management process to improve Quality of Service and reduce the Run-The-Bank in accordance with ODDO BHF Group guidelines.
6. Involved in relevant committees as responsible of Quality of Service (communication, preparation)
7. Participation to major Project GO-Lives (cutover phase)
8. Contribute to Cyber-Security process managing IT Vulnerabilities with the relevant IT teams.
Anforderungsprofil
Anforderungen
9. Successfully completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics or similar with a focus on IT.
10. Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain
11. Excellent team and communication skills
12. Business fluent in written and spoken English required, very good knowledge of French is an advantage.
13. First experience with JIRA and SQL an advantage.
14. Analytical skills and curiosity are key to work in a demanding environment.
15. Willingness to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main.
