13. Technical Lead of the Competency Management team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
14. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner with key customers, including HR, business leaders from the different functions in Project Entity, and external partners
15. Ensure the competency framework is up to date, aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives and relevant to the evolving needs of the business.
16. Oversee, support, and improve the application of our competency assessment tool (SELP – Siemens Energy Learning Platform) and processes.
17. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify competency gaps for developing targeted programs together with our Learning & Development Team.
18. Monitor and analyse competency data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
19. Prepare and present reports on competency management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
What You Bring Having experience of Competence Management would be beneficial and a background in Human Resources, Business Management or similar should provide the foundation required. We will provide the environment to encourage innovation and cultivate a thriving culture.
20. Several years of experience in competency management, talent development, or a similar role
21. Leadership skills proven by first experiences in team management
22. Exceptional communication and social skills shown in a dynamic international environment.
23. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive and results oriented approach
24. Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
25. Fluent in English, German is desirable
