We’re looking for independent Managing Directors/Independent Business Owners in Hessen, Bayern, and Baden-Württemberg, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
We are a leading SME-focused business consulting & mentoring franchise, empowering small and medium-sized enterprises with tools and strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Our model is built on over a decade of proven success, practical solutions, and a track record of helping businesses thrive.
This is a great opportunity for a business professional to set up their own turnkey SME business consultancy in Southern Germany, Switzerland, or Austria. You won’t just be an employee—you’ll be building and leading your own business with the backing of an established and successful franchise model. We are therefore looking for business-savvy individuals with an adventurous spirit who understand both the challenges and the rewards of operating as an entrepreneur.
You are either a business owner or a senior executive with a general management background (or expertise in at least two or more functional areas) or currently working as a senior-level independent consultant or coach. As this is a licensing opportunity, your investment will be required to acquire the rights to your local territory and access to a strong support structure to help you launch and grow your business.

Role and Responsibilities
* Execute your market entry plan to launch in your territory.

* Develop and implement marketing strategies targeted towards SMEs.
* Partner with other professional service providers.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
* General management background or expertise in two or more functional areas (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting).
* Proven success as an independent consultant, coach, or business owner.
* Familiarity with SMEs, ideally with B2B experience in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.
Skills:
* Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
* Entrepreneurial Drive: Confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.
* Tenacity and Grit: Perseverance to overcome challenges and meet ambitious goals.
* Curiosity: A people-oriented mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to collaborate.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German with a solid command of English.
* A solid, relevant professional network in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.
* The ability to secure investment to acquire the franchise license and fund the business launch.
* Live in or are moving to Hesse, Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Switzerland, or Austria.
