Manager Pan-European Pricing (all genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission:
As Manager Pan-European Pricing, you will steer and optimize Pan-European pricing to maximize turnover and profit of the Parts & Accessories business.
Your responsibilities:
Parts & Accessories (P&A) Price Management
1. Co-develop the European long-term P&A pricing strategy across the whole portfolio and product segments considering external challenges & business objectives in close collaboration with your superior.
2. Lead the bi-annual price survey process from set-up to analysis working with internal and external stakeholders and consultancies.
3. Drive regular and ad-hoc price changes to meet set turnover and profit targets and ensure timely implementation across markets.
4. Oversee & develop all in-house established pricing tools and supervise the Commercial European Parts & Accessories master catalogue in close collaboration with the dedicated data scientist/Business Intelligence (BI) Team.
5. Deliver regular- and ad-hoc pricing analyses in collaboration with BI Team and constantly monitor P&A catalogues to ensure compliance with strategy and minimize potential errors.
Support markets in local pricing activities
6. Formulate a pricing direction taking into account local market specificities for all 14 European subsidiaries to optimize local parts & accessories pricing.
7. In close collaboration with BI Team, develop tools that enhance and simplify price management that supports markets.
8. Assure markets’ compliance with pricing directions and provide regular performance reporting.
Handle budget & vendor management
9. Be responsible for proper budget management.
10. Ensure compliant vendor steering and handling.
Your talents:
Education & Experience:
11. University degree in industrial engineering, business and/or economics.
12. 7+ years experience in Parts & Accessories Price Management in Automotive Industry – ideally dealer and/or distributor level.
Skills:
13. Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European language(s) of advantage.
14. Computer literacy in common MS Office applications.
15. Good understanding of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Data management.
16. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills to advance pricing opportunities.
17. Business acumen and good interpersonal skills with experience in multicultural teams – ideally familiar with Asian cultures.
18. Proven track record of project and agency management.
