What you´ll do
* Employment in the transport safety team with a focus on the classification of dangerous goods
* Classification of finished products, semi-finished products and, where applicable, raw materials in accordance with dangerous goods legislation for all modes of transport worldwide (e.g. ADR / RID/ IMDG / IATA/ 49.CFR/ TDG) and for all business units of the Henkel Group
* Risk assessment for the transport of dangerous goods (classification of the actual substance and interpretation of the regulations on the material) in accordance with international dangerous goods legislation (worldwide)
* Assignment of storage classes according to TRGS 510
* Advising our customers on all issues relating to dangerous goods worldwide on the basis of risk assessment, including technical processing in SAP
* Supporting the dangerous goods officer in his consulting, training and control tasks, especially in chemical-technical matters
* Support with integration projects
What makes you a good fit
* Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical engineer or comparable training
* Training with examination (IHK) in national and international dangerous goods regulations as well as training in the classification of substances according to transport law and GHS desirable
* High affinity for digital data processing, in particular SAP
* Stress competence, prioritisation and time management, change and escalation management
* Ability to work in a team and independently in an international organisation, intercultural competence
* Very good language skills in German and English
