Job Description This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure and experience in the Pharma industry. You will manage the end to end recruitment process as well as manage projects, develop talent pipelines and work with the business leaders, hiring managers and the HR team to create an effective, quality and value-oriented recruitment strategy to attract talent. The Senior Recruiter will lead and develop the recruitment strategy, for the roles that they are assigned to which include experienced hire positions (locally and globally) as well as support the Early Career team and EVP specialist in building the future talent pipeline. The Senior Recruiter will be part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team with whom they will exchange and collaborate for building and sharing best practices, designing, and implementing tools to help attract and select best candidates for AbbVie. Collaborating with global and local teams to execute the hiring process is key to the success of this role. You will be partnering closely with the HR business partner community, total rewards, works council and HR services etc.
