The Role Based at our Berlin office this role will report to the Head of Content and will be an important member of a busy content marketing team. You will work alongside the Head of Content, colleagues within the global Content, CRM and Media teams and external agencies and content creators to efficiently deliver high quality video content. In this role, you will work hands-on to produce video for brand and marketing purposes, including longform YouTube videos, short video formats for other social channels, brand marketing content, and more. Key Responsibilities The role is quite varied and you’ll need to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. As part of this role, you may be required to work both on and off-site, with occasional travel and work outside of regular office hours. Capturing studio-quality video and photographs for a variety of formats including HD 16:9 as well as social media 1:1 and 9:16 formats. Managing and overseeing all technical aspects of video recording and editing Daily collaborative work with our creative and marketing teammates Helping to build and execute brand guidelines and strategy objectives related to video content Keeping up-to-date with video trends and evolving AI technology, and implementing them into video workflows Assisting in managing our YouTube channel and ensuring that we hit our KPIs Presenting ideas and work to senior management What you'll need You will possess great attention to detail, have plenty of energy and initiative and are driven, ambitious and bursting with creative ideas. You must be deadline-oriented and have excellent communication skills, and be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment. You have Experience of using video and editing equipment. Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and AfterEffects Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics A solid understanding of the principles of content marketing and KPIs A strong, ideally native, level of German. Although our working language is English, this role requires regular engagement with German-speaking contacts and content.
