What to expect We are looking for a hybrid role that combines Product Ownership (PO) and IT Project Management. This role blends operational leadership with strategic vision. This role will be responsible for both: the content and the process management of digital projects. It is backed by a strong technical experience—including websites, apps, AI initiatives, and integration solutions—while serving as the central communication hub between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. In other words: this role is actively shaping projects, driving product decisions, prioritizes tasks, and ensures successful implementation. This role is not directly comparable to more traditional project management roles which primarily handle administrative coordination or billing systems. Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. Strong advocate user centric approaches and intuitive user experiences. Knowledge of flow theory, flow-driven approaches, DORA metrics Practical experience with modern web architectures around headless/API-first architectures using modern tech-stacks like Next.js and Vercel, Hydrogen and Oxygen, etc. Deep Understanding of integrations, APIs, CMS, and backend logic, for example SAP Experienced in agile and hybrid project management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall and ability to chose/propose the right one for the project What You Can Look Forward To Project Management & Methodology Expertise Responsible for the end-to-end management of digital projects (web, apps, AI, integrations). Ownership of agile and hybrid project management methodologies Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (strategy, UX, design, tech). Manages internal budget and progress reporting, providing clear visibility on project status. Requirements Management & Business Analysis Leads and facilitates the requirements process with clients, ensuring effective prioritization. Independently defines project requirements and/or leads the team in defining them. Capable of creating clear user stories, epics, and technical specifications. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Plays a key communication role with clients at the operational level, both in the pre-sales, envision phase and during project execution. Proficient in workshop methodologies, including requirements workshops, design sprints, event storming, story mapping, and Lean UX processes. Establishes and prepares steering processes, ensuring structured decision-making and alignment. Technical Expertise & Architectural Understanding Ability to understand, contribute to, and challenge architectural decisions. Fixed-Price Project Management & Success Accountability Leads the scope definition process, working closely with the tech and design teams. Tracks project KPIs including on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction, and technical quality to measure success and determine necessary adjustments.
