Your key responsibilities
The Aenova Group is currently establishing an Operational Excellence task force. The task force will operate as a hands-on internal consulting group with the objective of scoping, implementing, and delivering transformative projects in line with Aenova’s strategy and 5-year value creation plan. The initial team will consist of a Head of this task force plus 2-3 project managers. The Head will report directly to the CEO.
The task at hand is project-dependent, and as such will vary on an as-needed basis. It will encompass site-specific projects as well as overarching group-wide initiatives. The ultimate objective of this team is to create insights, recommend pathways for implementation, and deliver hands-on implementation to achieve best practices. Projects will be both strategic and focused on operational improvement.
Exemplary projects could include:
1. OEE improvements
2. Footprint optimization and optimal product allocation
3. Working capital optimization
4. Throughput-time reduction
5. End-to-end process harmonization and group-wide best practice roll-outs
6. Realization and monitoring of major capacity expansions and capability extensions
7. Product portfolio optimization (product profitability, tail management, etc.)
8. Business case preparation to support strategic decision-making
9. M&A integration management
Your profile
10. University degree (Masters/Diploma) preferably in the areas of business administration or engineering from a leading university
11. 3+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, Big 4, or in-house consulting department
12. Consistent track record of outperformance (school, university, consulting firm)
13. Track record of leading transformative operational implementations
14. Ability to travel most of the time
15. German speaking is a plus but not must have
