Tampon Manufacturing site in Wuppertal will be part of the site’s leadership team and provide strong guidance in talent and capability building, including leadership development. The role acts as a change agent, leads organizational development and supports innovation. Major responsibilities: Builds strong relationships with leaders, workers’ council members and HR colleagues across the country, region and globally to ensure seamless execution of our talent agenda Drives a strong culture through application of organizational design interventions, coaching and business partnership with leadership Defines and develops organizational capabilities; leads critical position planning, succession planning and development of critical talent pools Uses HR metrics and data to shape and lead the organizational development at the site Wuppertal Plans organizational transitions (utilizing standardized processes\: workforce planning, change frameworks, etc.) Collaborates closely with the local workers’ council Leads and supports national and regional HR projects
