Job Summary Contract Details: Full time, fixed term for 1 year Start date: asap Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Production of rubber products ensuring compliance with specified specifications depending on the focus on demanding vulcanization or punching machines - Vulcanization of rubber products according to the currently valid work and manufacturing instructions - Monitoring and control of production parameters as well as demolding, inspection, and coating of molds - Punching of rubber products considering the required quality, including checking the punching quality and inspecting for punching errors - Documentation of work results - Compliance with cleaning and occupational safety regulations - Compliance with ISO and GMP guidelines Education - Completed vocational training or several years of experience in a production environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Cleanroom experience desirable - Very good understanding of quality and careful working approach - Resilience and strong concentration skills - High degree of reliability, sense of duty, and responsibility - Willingness to work in shifts West embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
