Your mission:
As a privileged (Senior) HR Business Partner, you are to play a key role in the activation of our human capital. As a member of the HR BP & Talent Acquisition Team; you will integrate existing HR Policies and develop value adding HR solutions to enforce our stakeholders in the realization of our Bank strategy.
As the (Senior) HR Partner of two of our Directions you will become their sparring partner for people topics. Your main tasks:
* You support and advise the line management of your scope in all HR processes (evaluation, feedback, goalsetting, reward, talent review, sourcing, retention, ...). You are a sparring partner for your Directors on Strategic HR topics.
* As the main point of contact for employees, you will offer a direct client service across a wide variety of activities in the areas of day-to-day Employee management, Employee Relations, Workforce retention, Management advice, HR Reporting/Metrics, Compensation Analysis, HR Systems and Employee Engagement and Recruitment.
* As an advisor, you participate in the development of specific HR policies, meeting the needs of the bank in general, and the lines you are in charge of in particular.
* As an agent of change, you intervene in the analysis and re-engineering of the organization; by capitalizing on the various quantitative and qualitative HR parameters, you contribute to the analysis of needs and the implementation of solutions in partnership with the relevant HR experts. You will work closely together with the Change Management team and your actions impact the growth of our "C.L.E.A.R. - Culture'.
* As a relay between your internal customers and other HR teams, you will ensure smooth and effective communication between the various parties. You organize high-quality exchange with your back-up colleagues to assure an excellent follow-up during your absences (and vice-versa).
* You will assist to the compilation of different HR reports as needed; prepare and maintain job documentation; participate in different HR initiatives and projects.
* You will ensure the respect of HR and Compliance regulations.
Your profile:
* You have proven success in environments in transformation and change; by preference in a project environment and recruitment. You have an affinity with the banking sector and regulatory environments.
* Master's Degree with a focus on organizational psychology or economics/law or an equivalent experience.
* At least 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
* You are perfectly comfortable with MS Office
* Fluent in English and French / Luxembourgish would be an asset
