Your Impact You are supporting our international and global service desk team at 4 locations in handling inquiries from travel agencies, passengers and airlines from over 190 countries You support in the development of new product lines and customer services You process questions in the areas of ticketing, tariffs, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.), reservations and industry related questions You act as a link between different departments and colleagues worldwide You analyze questions from travel agencies, passengers and airlines You help our worldwide team with weekend and holiday work (max. 15x p.a.) with 1.5 x compensatory time-off You love to learn new things and developing yourself About You At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position or completed apprenticeship/studies in the field of travel/flight or tourism IATA and Amadeus knowledge as well as tariff calculations and information concentrated and accurate way of working strong social and intercultural skills Very good spoken and written English and German. Other languages (especially French) are an advantage About Your Team The Service Desk Team (SDE) has a broad skillset covering customer support, aviation & travel industry, GDS-systems as well as technical skills.
