Aufgaben
* Design, develop, and maintain best-in-class compliance programs, policies, and practices tailored for the Derivatives & FX business.
* Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, operational issues, and internal compliance policies, offering transactional support as needed.
* Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations, ensuring effective communication with regulators and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance matters impacting Derivatives & FX operations.
* Conduct timely compliance reviews for new products, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and internal policies.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training programs, including the creation of relevant training materials.
* Monitor regulatory reforms, interpret rule changes, and implement necessary controls to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, providing regulatory insights and strategic compliance support across product areas in EMEA.
* Manage internal reporting processes and key communications within the organization, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
* Oversee the development, update, and implementation of compliance policies in accordance with local and EU regulations.
* Monitor information barriers and insider trading prevention measures, ensuring robust controls.
* Investigate potential conduct breaches, assess risks, and manage related reporting requirements.
* Stay abreast of German and EU regulatory developments, providing actionable recommendations to the business.
* Participate in industry working groups, offering expert feedback and contributing to regulatory discussions.
Qualifikation
* Proven experience in financial services, preferably within securities, broker-dealer, or wholesale banking environments.
* Strong knowledge of German/EU regulatory frameworks and financial markets.
* In-depth understanding of FX and Derivatives products, with solid commercial acumen.
* Familiarity with derivative master agreements and confirmations.
* Experience in 1LOD/1.5LOD roles is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within diverse teams.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of advising stakeholders on compliance matters effectively.
* Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is an asset.
* Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Law, or a related field, coupled with relevant industry experience.
