Role Overview
As a Senior Programmatic Display Manager, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimising programmatic display campaigns for our client UBS in the Swiss market. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to drive performance across various channels. Your experience in managing programmatic advertising, combined with your strategic mindset, will help enhance our prospecting and retargeting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and execution of programmatic display advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
* Develop, implement, and optimise prospecting and retargeting strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
* Manage day-to-day programmatic operations, including campaign setup, performance tracking, budget management, and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid search, social, creative) to integrate programmatic display with broader digital campaigns.
* Analyse data and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge programmatic execution.
* Maintain relationships with publishers, data providers, and technology partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
* Handle stakeholder communication, ensuring timely updates, alignment on goals, and campaign performance reviews.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and executing programmatic advertising campaigns, within a large organization or agency.
* Strong understanding of prospecting and retargeting strategies within programmatic platforms.
* Proficiency in DSPs (DV360, Adobe DSP), ad servers (Adform), and other programmatic technologies.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Self-starter with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
* Familiarity with advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation and dynamic creative optimisation.
