What you'll be doing: - Serve as the first point of contact for management and employees regarding all HR-related matters. - Manage and oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, employee development and performance management. - Advise site management on labor law issues and complex HR challenges. What you'll need: - At least 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices. - Experience with payroll processing and global payroll systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
