Your mission
* You will develop and take ownership of a holistic, international growth strategy – covering everything from lead generation and sales to long-term customer retention.
* Your focus is on scalable and sustainable revenue growth: You will drive the strategic and operational development of our go-to-market strategy and continuously optimize processes and structures.
* You ensure seamless integration of Marketing, Sales, PreSales, Consulting, and Support to maximize market penetration and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* You analyze market potential, competition, and customer needs and develop data-driven strategies for even more targeted scaling.
* Together with the teams, you create a seamless customer journey – from the first interaction to successful implementation and long-term use of our software.
* You implement and manage a KPI-based performance management system that makes our growth measurable and enables data-driven decision-making.
* As a connector between departments as well as our international subsidiaries and sales partners, you are responsible for strategically managing existing partnerships and for the identification and onboarding of new partners.
* With innovative pricing and business models, you open up new markets and maximize our growth potential.
Your profile
* Several years of experience leading revenue-driving departments – ideally in the SaaS or software environment.
* A 360° growth mindset and a deep understanding of the interplay between Marketing, Sales, Consulting, and Customer Success in a scaling company.
* Strategic and analytical thinking that enables you to make data-driven decisions and develop sustainable growth strategies.
* Strong communication and leadership skills – you inspire, motivate, and convince both internally and externally.
* A track record of optimizing processes and structures to secure sustainable growth and leverage scaling potential.
* Experience with go-to-market strategies in international markets and a solid understanding of the challenges in a high-growth environment.
* You speak German and English fluently – additional languages are a plus.
