If you are prepared to help us achieve outstanding results while building a great career within our organization, we welcome you to apply In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Strategy Development - Support the DACH leadership team with critical initiative development, message refinement and implementation support resulting in growth and innovation. - Develop and implement programs resulting in improving excellence on cornerstone topics (Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.). - Own the creation of presentations, analyses, and other content clearly conveying complex strategies to senior leadership and a wide range of partners. Market Analysis - Conduct industry and market analyses across Emerson's served industries, identify growth in new markets, and monitor competitors' insights. Business Development - Assist with Commercial Excellence initiatives to drive revenue operations improvement, optimize our sales channel and grow our digital sales strategies and tactics. Reporting - Support Emerson with insight and commentary for management meetings, served market assessments and global Emerson management processes.
