Job Description In the Marketing department in Eppelheim/Heidelberg Publication: 5.12.2024 Startdate: immediately Manager: Sunarie Servais Workmodel: GLZ Fulltime Unlimited Your role You formulate and execute marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth for the Flavors business across the EMEA region, ensuring cohesive messaging and adapting global marketing materials to local audiences in line with corporate goals and evolving market needs You lead and manage marketing efforts around new product launches, including sales training, customer engagement, and digital messaging through IMC campaigns, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with strategic objectives You research market and product trends of local markets, analyze consumer trends and flavors, and conduct continuous monitoring of competitive activities to refine product positioning, while collaborating with global teams to build yearly flavor trends You lead the creation, planning, and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns, supporting trade shows and events to boost product launches, brand awareness, and regional sales growth, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation You work closely with flavor and application development, regulatory, legal, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure success with regional marketing initiatives and foster cross-functional engagement to maximize impact You build and maintain strong relationships with customers, cross-functional partners, and internal stakeholders, enhancing the ADM Flavors brand positioning and ensuring clear communication of how you are optimally positioned to solve customer challenges You drive to meet or exceed established KPIs, monitor and evaluate GTM initiatives, and continuously refine your approach for success, measuring outcomes in project volume, pipeline value, and relational equity with customers and internal collaborators Your profile You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
