1. Supporting the Sales Support department in day-to-day operations / case processing in the internal booking system
2. Customer communication and advice in individual cases
3. Processing customer inquiries before and after booking at second level
4. Coordination, processing, and support of inquiries from incoming agencies, direct hotels, bed banks, and the call center
5. Price calculation, rebooking, cancelations, and sales promotion
6. Coordination between customers in the destination and the incoming agency
7. Completed training in tourism or commerce (a degree in tourism management is a plus)
8. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
9. Proficient in MS Office and web-based technologies
10. Analytical mindset with a quick grasp of new concepts
11. Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
12. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
13. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
