Your Tasks:
* You are responsible for the risk-oriented credit assessment and decision of incoming credit and leasing inquiries from our commercial customers
* In your role, you will analyze and support customers from the work-out sector and restructuring cases
* In intensive support and problem loan processing (credit support), you will review exposures taken over from the market, assess their financial situation and develop proposals for future restructuring strategies and financial measures
* Your daily tasks include analyzing and preparing business documents, continuation forecasts and restructuring concepts
* You identify credit risks on the basis of balance sheet analysis and specific rating procedures
* You draw up the necessary contractual agreements in close cooperation with our legal department and the Dunning & Recovery team
* You check the creditworthiness of our customers and interested parties in compliance with internal requirements and the Money Laundering Act as well as other banking regulations
* You clarify individual issues with customers and sales partners regarding the processing and decision status of credit/leasing requests
* You will also check the extension of current commitments, taking into account further credit reports
* You play an active role in optimizing business processes and relevant internal guidelines
Your profile:
* Successfully completed commercial training or specialist additional training, e.g. leasing or banking specialist - or a degree in Economics
* Professional experience in the credit decision process for corporate customers of a bank or leasing company or in a comparable function
* Sound experience in the support of intensive care customers and restructuring processes
* Affinity for figures, mathematical understanding and a high degree of decision-making competence in terms of creditworthiness
* Experience in evaluating and analyzing annual financial statements (HGB, IFRS) and financial ratios
* Knowledge of the legal framework for restructuring and work-out clients
* Structured way of working, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and analytical understanding
* Strong understanding of strategic and complex interrelationships
* Very good German and good English skills
