About the role
The Product Coordinator is responsible of all product-specific marketing and planning activities spanning over multiple product groups within the Business Grou Marketing team. The Product Coordinator has the capability to bring cross-functional teams together and streamline product introductions to the market, interfacing with different departments to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently.
The Product Coordinator is contributing to the expansion and management of our vast portfolio, supporting product managers to maintain a live view into each products life cycle stage, from product inception towards end-of-life scenarios. A particular focus of the Product Coordinator is to plan and manage Product Changes internally and externally to enhance customer value add (either cost reduction or performance increase).
What you will do
MVA Program Coordination
1. Support and coordinate all MVA programs in close collaboration with BG Operations across various product groups to ensure alignment with business objectives within the Business Group
Customer Roadmap Definition
2. Adjust Product Roadmaps towards targeted Segments to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage market intelligence information and workflow and introduce new ways of working into the marketing teams
PCN Management
4. Support and coordinate all MVA programs across various product groups to ensure alignment with business objectives within the business group Bipolar Discretes
5. Tracking and reporting the PCN project status for to the management team, initiation of actions needed to approve pending PCNs
6. Continuous optimization of the existing PCN process (incl. definition of KPIs)
7. Interface towards Customer & BG Quality to plan the required PCN sample quantities.
8. Consolidate and manage all Product Change Notifications to ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
NPI Coordination
9. Provide an overview of all NPIs across Product Groups and coordinate with marcom to ensure effective communication and marketing strategies.
Price Book Coordination
10. Ensure all NPIs are accurately reflected correctly in collaboration with the pricing team.
11. Closely collaborate with Regional Commercial Marketing to coordinate running processes, negotiations and required changes.
Support Master Data Changes
12. Work closely with Master Data Management teams to ensure data integrity and consistency linked to MVA, PCN, NPI roadmaps
What you will need
13. University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar
14. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing Operations or similar, depending on educational credentials
15. Good understanding of Semiconductor industry and Distribution related business processes highly beneficial
16. Proven experience and skills with BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
17. Versed in Master Data Management and Supply Chain Management
18. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
19. Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
20. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
21. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
22. Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
