Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to banking products and services in both German and English.
* Utilize your sales experience to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
* Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass company sales targets.
* Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfying experience.
* Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems.
* Stay updated on banking products, services, and regulatory requirements to assist customers efficiently.
Requirements
* Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or sales context.
* Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Experience with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
* Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
