The position holder will support the further implementation of BBIO SLS Connected Services, including synergies between the various portfolio elements such as Connexus, Specialized Incubation Services (SIS) or other digital platform based services, the One Bruker online shop with a focus of launching new product categories such as training, services and software and supporting the onboarding and operation of new Bruker groups in the s tore, the SLS “Horizon 2” digital services ( ProDiagnose, ProSupport, etc.). The job holder will also have the perspective of supporting the introduction of BBIO SLS Connected Services Horizon 3 products. T he overall objective of this position is to help deliver on the BBIO strategy and to create continuous value through cross-platform offering s and s ales. Responsible for day-to-day and other defined tasks related to business development support for Connected Services platforms, e.g. Connexus and Connexus “Specialized Incubation Services (SIS)” Responsible for day-to-day and other defined tasks related to Bruker LabScape Webshop operations. Participation in defined initiatives and projects to support key business metrics of the Connected Services platforms and the Webshop, such as number of registered and operational service providers, breadth and depth of instruments and services available on the platform, transactions driving activities; revenue growth, increase in average basket value, increase in returning customer and repeat shop purchase rates. Administration of defined Webshop content and data, including introduction and maintenance of shop items (description, pictures, banners, price) and promotional offers. Participation in defined initiatives and projects to improve operational processes across all platforms, e.g. mapping Connexus and Connexus SIS data into Salesforce and SAP, invoicing and financial reporting for Connexus and Connexus SIS; converting draft orders into real orders, increasing quote-to-revenue conversion for the Webshop. Takeover of cross-platform project management tasks including meeting preparations and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure appropriate activities are completed in a timely manner, especially as new features or products are introduced. Takeover of assigned business development and customer support tasks contributing to cross-selling across platforms, answer customer inquiries, conduct assigned customer demos. These duties may also include interacting with Third-Party cooperation partners, such as for lead generation campaigns on our platforms. Participation in activities related to the introduction of new modules or features on Connexus/Connexus SIS platforms or new product categories in the Webshop. Participation in activities supporting a systematic customer dialogue in close cooperation with Marketing. Creation of monthly Webshop reports with revenue and other defined metrics as well as defined evaluations such as top selling products/ABC analyses; creation of corresponding reports for the Connexus/Connexus SIS business regarding the salesforce customer pipeline, the customer engagement level, instruments and services connected to the platform and revenue development.
