In this position you will lead the market development strategy for the Transfusion Medicine and Cell Therapies (TCT) line across the region. This role involves coordinating strategic objectives with each market, driving growth through the integration of teams, consumables and digital health solutions (connectivity) and act as CEO of the blood collection, plasma, hospital and CGT categories to establish a clear regional vision. Your Assignments: Design and execute a comprehensive market development strategy for the TCT line in the region Oversee the TCT product portfolio, identifying and implementing opportunities for expansion and optimization, with a strong focus on differentiation through sets and connectivity Identify untapped markets ("white spots") and lead efforts for therapy development Define and execute clear positioning and differentiation strategies for the line Monitor and analyze market trends, producing reports on market performance to inform strategic decisions Manage the execution of regional priorities with local adaptation, ensuring successful implementation Your Profile: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of managing regional market strategies, preferably in transfusion or medical technology Knowledge of healthcare and medical device industry standards, regulations, and trends at a regional and international level Proven ability to drive market share growth, create competitive pricing strategies, and manage product positioning in diverse markets Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management to ensure strong ROI on marketing activities and effective cost control Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German and additional languages are a plus Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: AT
