For our newly established Strategic Business Field Industrial Packaging, we are looking for a Head of Strategic Business Field Industrial Packaging (m/f/d). The position is located in Landshut with the flexibility to combine remote work with on-site presence. Your Contribution You will have P&L responsibility and accountability for our SBF Industrial Packaging globally. You define and implement a long-term strategy and annual plans for sales, R&D and operations in collaboration with the BU Head and the relevant interfaces. You ensure customer proximity by initiating and leading discussions with our key accounts to facilitate long-term planning, negotiate sales terms and understand customer needs. You identify and seize opportunities to help us expand into new markets, regions and customer groups to generate additional sales. You support development and frequent updates of our competitive innovation roadmap and interfaces. You drive digitalization by creating a digital roadmap including planning and implementation of relevant actions. Your Profile Degree in Engineering with business acumen or Business Studies with technical mindset. Minimum 10 years of international leadership experience in sales, marketing, product management or operations at B2B level. Entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of finance and controlling to capitalize on strategic opportunities. Excellent communicator with the ability to network and lead interdisciplinary teams across cultures. Strong analytical skills and a tech-savvy, customer-focused mindset to turn innovative ideas into business opportunities. Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis. Fluent in English.
