Request for Quotations (RFQ), price negotiation, creation of purchase orders manage supplier contracts with regards to contractual clauses, financial performances, changes, claim management Ensures sourcing and delivery of items / activities (end-to-end) to be procured, being accountable for his/her supplier(s) Manages supplier relationship as head of project for the suppliers he/she is in charge of Contributes to the success of the overall programme(s) Is the interface with the Suppliers for all matters (Technical, economics, schedule, contractual, …) Your Responsibilities: On Quality On Time On Cost (OQOTOC) procurement, compliant with Programme(s) requirements Ensure appropriate treatment of non-conformance with Quality Identifies the supplier risks and proposes mitigation actions Ensures regular reporting to Programs Is accountable for procured items and activities through their whole life cycle Supports and participates to develop and maintain a robust supplier base Maintain SAP inputs You have the following qualifications: Educated to degree level in Procurement, Project Management or similar Experience in Procurement, supplier development, quality claims Structured way of working Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Good communications and negotiation skills Languages: Negotiation level in German and English, French is a plus About the location: This site, located on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Bremen in north-west Germany, has specialised in the development and manufacture of the upper stage of the Ariane launchers since the start of the programme. Its experts are responsible for the design, development and final integration of the Ariane 6 upper stage. They are also developing the Astris Kick Stage, an additional upper stage powered by the future reignitable bi-propellant engine called Berta, which will further enhance Ariane 6’s versatility.
