If you're eager to optimize sales processes, enhance efficiency, and support a high-performing team in driving sustainable impact, then this is the role for you – we want YOU What You Will Do: Optimize and manage our sales processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability to support revenue growth Maintain and enhance our CRM (HubSpot) by ensuring data accuracy, analyzing trends, and generating insights to improve sales performance Working constantly in a tech heavy environment and implementing solutions yourself with Typescript and Python Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes and optimize conversion rates Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning through data-driven insights Assist in onboarding, training, and enabling the sales team by providing process documentation, best practices, and system enhancements You Will Be Great If You Have: Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or scale-up Experience in implementing solutions in Python and Typescript Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM management (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for optimal efficiency A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process optimization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English Why Work at Reonic?
