This team is the tip of the spear for Lenovo as we introduce our customers and prospects to innovative solutions around our ThinkSmart / Smart Office solutions, IoT and Modern Deployment solutions. Joining us as a Technical Sales Consultant you will use both your technical expertise and your good sales acumen. This is a customer-facing relationship role reporting to our Senior Manager Global Technical Consulting for Smart Collaboration based in USA.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
1. Owning the workplace transformation technological and collaboration aspects for EMEA, working closely with teams in North America and Asia
2. Presenting face to face to clients on workplace transformation technical capabilities/roadmaps at events/workshops/briefings and providing pre-sales technical support to Lenovo sellers, technical teams and Smart Collaboration business partners; supporting PoCs with end customers
3. Opportunity identification by presenting technical solutions to business problems. Set and manage expectations around solutions, internally and externally
4. Understand and articulate best practices (Lenovo and the industry as a whole) around the conference room life-cycle
5. Understand emerging technologies and products and Lenovo's strategies to address them- Solution planning and design
6. Gather feedback from customers on current products and relay that to the Lenovo Business Units for improvement of future generations of product.
What you bring:
7. 7+ years’ experience technical sales and consultative support in the UCC / Conferencing and Collaboration Industry
8. German and English professional fluency
9. Experience collaborating with customers, sales team and extended cross-functional teams
10. Hardware deployment/management best-practices knowledge required.
11. Excellent relationship/team building skills
12. Ability to present at the IT staff and senior management level
13. Travel up to 50% both domestic and internationally
