What you´ll do Join a dynamic team as a Regional Product Manager, driving growth and innovation in Packaging Adhesives and Hotmelt technology in Europe Develop and execute the regional product strategy for Henkel's European Packaging Adhesives (SBU APP) in line with global technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the business objectives Manage the full product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, phase-in/phase-out processes, and complexity reduction to optimize regional offerings Facilitate new product launches and roll-out initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing setup processes within internal systems Support product ramp-ups and site transfers, providing clear input to Manufacturing and Purchasing on regional supply chain needs Coordinate adjustments within the operations network for Packaging Adhesives Europe Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage regional cost saving projects Manage regional product profitability, monitoring margins and collaborating with Purchasing, Operations, and Pricing Management to ensure financial targets are met What makes you a good fit University degree in chemical engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline (required). Additional qualifications in economic studies or related fields are advantageous Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Product Line Management, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or related fields Experience with adhesives and packaging industries is preferred.
