What you’ll do
We are looking for a motivated intern (f/m/d) who wants to support our specialized sales team in Germany by reaching out to their customers and prospects and explaining how our offerings can support their digital HR transformation journey, actively driving our customer engagements and securing customers appointments to present our offerings.
Are you also looking forward to working creatively and being part of a highly professional enterprise software sales team? Then you will love supporting us in setting up and executing our outbound and inbound sales campaigns.
This will allow you to develop a broad knowledge of sales procedures and how to put a customer in front and center of everything you do. You will be encouraged to take up responsibility and solve tasks independently, to generate new ideas and implement them.
Your tasks will include:
1. Support our sales team during the sales cycle: Demand Generation, Sales Planing, Customer Meetings
2. Proactive managing creative social media activities on LinkedIn for HXM
3. Orchestration of different demand generation activities (inbound and outbound)
4. Responsibility for organizing events together with our different stakeholders
5. Internal communication creating materials for Enablements, Meetings, latest news
6. Networking within the organization by supporting sales team directly
7. Opportunity to come up with innovative ideas on how to best bring our products to our customers and to get familiar with innovative technologies, HR processes and sales tactics
8. Diving into the latest HR trends and challenges
What you bring
Currently a student of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related subjects.
9. Languages: Being fluent in both German and English is a must.
10. First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus.
11. presence in the office of Walldorf or Frankfurt is required
Skills and Competencies:
12. Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts
13. Preparation of conceptual presentations
14. Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
15. Good communication and networking skills as well as ability to work in a team
16. Willingness to learn and collaborate
17. Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner
18. Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result
19. Basic Knowledge of software sales and CRM based processes is a plus
