Job Description
What you will do:
1. Support the strategic development of the refrigeration sector in HORECA EMEA as a core
2. Develop and optimize the product portfolio in HORECA refrigeration in terms of sales, costs, contribution margin and other financial KPIs
3. Support strategic manufacturer partnerships
4. Develop and lead a small team of junior product managers
5. Strongly interact with commercial functions and internal stakeholders such as sales, key account management, pricing, procurement, logistics and e-commerce
6. Directly report to the Group Director Refrigeration
7. Enable key account activities and e-commerce offers
8. Create and provide training for internal stakeholders such as sales, key accounting and customer experience
Qualifications
What you should bring:
9. 5+ years of experience in refrigeration
10. Relevant working experience with refrigeration distributors and / or equipment and component manufacturers
11. Fluent in English both written and spoken, (other languages are an advantage)
12. 1+ years of demonstrated leadership potential
13. Relevant educational background (f. e. master’s degree in engineering and/or business)
14. Willingness to travel internationally (<30%)
