Our growth is creating great opportunities Here is a description of the role we are opening: Responsibilities Financial Reporting Drive the financial reporting by consolidating the information and communicating the recommendation to the local management team Define and drive the implementation of the actions to improve speed and accuracy of the financial reporting process Monitor the book-keeping, statutory accounts and related declarations Validate the information in the balance sheet and income statement to ensure the conformity and reliability of IFRS and statutory statements. Budgeting Drive the budget process, ensuring the best allocation of financial resources to the operational functions Ensure the constancy between the actions and targets of the functions Monitor the conformity of results with budget targets and challenge management team to propose corrective actions Compliance Ensure the deployment of the group financial strategy Deploy and control the application of group financial policies regarding financial reporting as well as for Internal Control Ensure the conformity with local regulations and requisites for statutory reports and other tax declarations, and pilot the communication with local tax administrations Cost Improvement Support the operational function for cost optimization and track their deployment Analyse and challenge investment requests in regard of their cost and return Product calculation and variance analysis Cash Management Monitor and control the cash management of his entity Ensure proper collection of receivables Qualifications 6 years of working experience as Finance or Site Controlling Manager, ideally in industrial field Masters / Bachelors in Finance or similar area Managerial experience of leading by ensuring team collaboration and performance appraisals Experience in financial management along with proficiency in accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS & Local) Data driven and possess attention to detail Excellent communication skills and able to work in matrix organization Fluency in German and English If you like having an impact on wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
