Your Responsibilitites
* As member (m/f/d) of the team Group Quality Management you are responsible for the quality related aspects of global supplier management as well as for the approval process for potential suppliers based on Quality and Food Safety requirements
* You support in supplier quality performance monitoring processes and action management, including supplier complaint management
* You manage the information exchange between internal departments, our production plants worldwide and external stakeholders regarding the processes of supplier quality management
* You plan the global supplier audits on a risk based approach, assign them to the auditors in the production plants and manage all the consecutive tasks related to supplier audits, e.g. monitoring, tracking and follow up corrective action plans
* You conduct supplier audits if needed
* You support our global production plants during 3rd party audits (e.g. certification and customer audits), and you support in performing internal audits within the organization as well
* You push the further development of the existing Quality and Food Safety System
Your Profile
* You have successfully completed your Master degree in Food Technology, Agriculture or equivalent
* You have gained ideally at least 3 years of working experience within quality and food safety management in food and beverage industry or similar
* Training as auditor with proven working experience (supplier audits) and/or qualification as “Quality Management Representative” is an advantage
* You have detailed knowledge in organic and quality standards, ideally GFSI standards (e.g. FSSC 22000/IFS/BRC/GLOBAL G.A.P.) or you are motivated to develop yourself in this area
* You are a team player and understand to convince appropriately even in difficult situations
* Your working languages are German and English
