As a Sales and Marketing Combined Director, you will be responsible for raising the quality and consistency of Launch Excellence and Business Planning within the business franchises and across the Regions.

1. Global implementation and continuous improvement of the Launch Excellence
Framework across all Franchises and, through liaison, across all Regions – this includes:
2. Process content ownership; partnering and supporting business franchises & Local Operating Companies (LOCs) with implementation of the Launch Excellence steps
3. Identifying and sharing key launch insights/learning and incorporating these into the Launch Excellence process
4. Monitoring global launch performance to assess the business impact of the Launch Excellence process
5. Supporting Franchises & Regions with launch performance including course correction, optimisation and a disciplined approach
• Responsible for the systematic implementation of the global Brand Planning Process across the Franchises and, through liaison, all Regions, with consistency being achieved through common standards/tools/language and supported through rigorous quality check interventions.
• Deliver consistency, discipline and rigour in our commercial approach by creating and continuously improving the standards, tools and language that underpin, align and integrate the core commercial processes and embed these within the Franchises and, through liaison, all Regions to simplify our operations (e.g. GSK Marketing Ways, Customer Engagement Framework).
• Develop and retain strong Project Management expertise, infused with Launch Excellence learning, insight and best practice, to deliver ways of working that increase organizational expertise and consistency in bringing new medicines to successful launch.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
6. Bachelor’s degree
7. 10 years of senior commercial experience as General Manager or senior marketing role in large market
8. Product launch experience and commercial support of assets through different stages of development
9. Experience in regional or Local Operating Company (LOC) Commercial roles in both sales and marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
