We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented HR Officer with Polish (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will:Work in close cooperation with our HR Specialists in Berlin, our local HR Partners in Poland and our providers for various HR topic.Handle the main administrative steps of the recruiting process for BASF in Poland.Maintain employee data into our SAP HR system and support on various HR Admin and Payroll tasks.Support the team to perform data quality checks and on different reporting topics.Advise and inform BASF employees in Poland regarding HR topics, both by phone and via e-mail.Contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.Participate in HR projects and digitalization initiatives in the Berlin Hub and with our local HR Partners in Poland.You use your language skills to translate and proofread many different types of documents related to our core tasks.QUALIFICATIONSYou completed studies in business administration, social sciences, human resources or a related field, and are looking for a first professional experience in HR.You are looking for a one-year contract (with opportunity for prolongation) to start your career in Human Resources.You bring good MS Office skills, especially with Excel. A first experience working with SAP and Success Factors is a plus.You are fluent in Polish and English.
