Purpose and Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Position:
Grow the BiFi brand in Germany by co-developing and executing the brand marketing plan (incl. innovation development and market implementation); leading consumer-led initiatives to increase brand relevance and penetration while supporting sales initiatives in the market. The position reports into the Head of the BiFi brand EMEA.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement brand strategy and brand positioning and evaluate effectiveness.
* Set up marketing plans for the BiFi brand to achieve brand and commercial goals.
* Development, implementation, and analysis of annual brand plan & communication strategies (ATL & BTL campaigns, Media).
* Development, implementation, and analysis of NPD launches, working cross-functionally with R&D and internal operations teams to ensure delivery of new products on time in full.
* Work closely with Category management, Shopper, and Sales teams to deliver strong consumer-centric propositions and through-the-line communications.
* Be a key member of the cross-functional Country Business Team (CBT) and Marketing & Sales Team responsible for delivery of the commercial targets.
* Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams with necessary market, brand, and product information.
* Analyse market and consumer information to give clear recommendations to fuel future brand growth, e.g. spontaneous awareness, relevance, meaning, portfolio, pricing, and communications.
* Manage marketing budgets within guidelines.
* Benchmark and understand competitor & market best practices.
Your Profile:
Education:
* University Bachelor / Master Degree.
Experience:
* +8-10 years (leading) FMCG marketing, with a focus on brand management including both communications, portfolio management & innovation development and launches.
* Project management & cross-functional team working.
* Proven experience in ATL and BTL communication development & implementation, including digital and social campaigns as well as media planning.
* Proven track record in launching NPD from ideation to execution in market, delivering sales growth through retail channel (mainly) and petrol.
* Market knowledge/track record in the FMCG environment in Germany.
* Experience in Sales or Category Mgt. would be a plus.
* Strong planning and prioritization skills.
* Ability to apply business insights and know-how.
* Identify business drivers and set into action.
* Project management, manage complexity.
* Strategic thinker, strong executor, and creative solver.
* Action-oriented and able to influence others through clear and concise communication.
* Highly self-motivated, resilient, and agile.
* Required language skills: fluent German and English.
* Profound working experience in the German market.
