Your responsibilities:
5. Support initiatives led by the Head of IT Office that drive technological and organizational transformation across the global IT organization (e. g., IT Operating Model Transformation)
6. Assist the Head of IT Office in preparing board packages for the Hapag-Lloyd IT boards and ensure content quality
7. Collaborate with IT departments and central controlling to support the annual budget submission
8. Assist with monthly performance management cycles for financials and strategy progression (e. g., Strategy and IT Operating Model Transformation)
9. Providing ad-hoc support to Head of IT as needed
10. Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT department’s Senior Leadership
11. Lead or support strategic IT Projects
12. Manage communication and stakeholder engagement across the entire Hapag-Lloyd organization
Your profile:
13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics or a related field
14. Experience in Logistics, IT or technology-driven environment
15. Can-do mentality
16. Project Management experience is a plus
17. Understanding of project management principles and tools (e. g. Jira, Confluence)
18. Financial literacy and Excel experience
19. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
20. Experience of working in large and international organizations
21. Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders effectively
22. Fluent in English, German is a benefit
