Job Purpose Role
As working student in IT/Tech-Engineering within Allianz Direct you’ll be working with our in house expert on any workplace related queries. You’ll work closely with the global teams using our OneWorkplace, currently Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain, on maintenance and improvements for our users.
This includes helping our users if they face any issues with their devices or escalating ticket, if necessary, to subject-matter-expert (SME) groups withing Allianz Technology.
You’ll also help us extend our OneWorkplace according to the needs of our organization, onboard new colleagues and handle IAM requests to non-critical systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Assistance in onsite support for IT infrastructure in Munich office
* Point of contact for VIP users (Senior Management)
* Support of incident management in ServiceNow and OpsGenie
* Support in creation of request for GIAM, ServiceNow & Active Directory
* Point of contact for on-/offboarding of new colleagues
* Identity and Access Management admin on non-critical services/applications, mainly in GIAM
* Support in IT consultancy for OneWorkplace of AzDirect Germany and globally (if applicable)
Qualifications/Key skills:
* IT Education and/or relevant experience in IT environment
* Service orientated way of working
* Keen to learn about onsite support of IT infrastructure
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services & applications
* Benefit for knowledge of ServiceNow, GIAM (OneIdentity), Jira or Confluence
* Team player
* Flexibility
* Very good language skill, writing & speaking, in: English
* Good language skill, writing & speaking, in: German
