Your tasks:
1. Leading a team of 5 engineers/technicians
2. Leading product improvement and product development projects
3. Making decisions based on technical judgment
4. Control of technical change processes (ECR/ECN)
5. Ensuring an effective article creation process
6. Ensure that effective preventive measures are implemented
7. Ensuring accessible, efficient, controlled and centralized documentation
Your qualifications:
8. Successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering
9. At least 5 years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer or designer and as a leader of an engineering team
10. Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
11. Ideally ERP experience (ProAlpha)
12. Fluent English skills
